Need a tasty vegan side dish for your Super Bowl bash? These oven fries are packed with flavor and ready in 30 minutes or less. You'll love these spicy potato wedges so much, they'll become a regular side dish at your family's dinner table.

Spicy Oven Fries

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

  • 4 Russett potatoes, cut into thick evenly-sized wedges

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. and spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil and remaining ingredients.

  3. Spread on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes or until the outside of the wedges are lightly browned and they are tender on the inside.

  4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
