Valentine’s Day Dessert Fizz

Serves 1

Ingredients:

    t

  • 1 large fresh strawberry, chopped plus a slice for garnish
  • t

  • Handful of mint leaves
  • t

  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • t

  • 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • t

  • 1-1/2 ounces Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
  • t

  • 3 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine

Directions:

    t

  1. Muddle the strawberry and mint with agave and lemon in a cocktail shaker.
  2. t

  3. Fill with ice and add chocolate vodka. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
  4. t

  5. Top off with Champagne or sparkling wine.
  6. t

  7. Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim.
