Baked Herb Croutons

Ingredients:

  • 1 small loaf seeded and/or whole grain bread
  • t

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter or olive oil
  • t

  • Your choice dried herbs and spices to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. and grease a large rimmed baking sheet.
  2. t

  3. Cut loaf of bread into bite-sized cubes and place in a large bowl.
  4. t

  5. Add butter and herbs and spices and toss to coat.
  6. t

  7. Spread bread cubes onto the baking sheet.
  8. t

  9. Bake for 8 minutes or until cubes are crisped and lightly browned.
  10. t

  11. Let cool completely then store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
