Ginger pumpkin drink

Pumpkin and ginger sing in this refreshing autumn-inspired vegan drink. Vanilla-flavored almond milk is our preferred choice, but you can swap in your favorite non-dairy milk.

Ginger Pumpkin Drink

Serves 2


    • 2 cups Vanilla Almond Breeze Almond milk
    • 1 cup canned pumpkin pie mix
    • 2 tablespoons diced crystallized ginger
    • 3 ice cubes


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately, garnished with additional crystallized ginger, if desired.
