Pumpkin and ginger sing in this refreshing autumn-inspired vegan drink. Vanilla-flavored almond milk is our preferred choice, but you can swap in your favorite non-dairy milk.
Ginger Pumpkin Drink
- 2 cups Vanilla Almond Breeze Almond milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin pie mix
- 2 tablespoons diced crystallized ginger
- 3 ice cubes
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional crystallized ginger, if desired.
