Apple Cobbler Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, cored, diced
  • t

  • 1 (6-ounce) container soy or coconut vanilla-flavored yogurt
  • t

  • 6 to 7 pecan halves
  • t

  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest (or more to taste)
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • t

  • 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve dusted with apple pie spice.
