Someone call a doctor, because these sex scenes are sending our temperatures soaring in the best way possible. You know exactly what we are talking about — those hot, romantic scenes that you can’t stop thinking about. It doesn’t matter if you’ve seen the movie once or 16 times, the chemistry between the actors is off the charts.
One can look no further than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in the 2005 film, Mr. & Mrs. Smith. The movie became fodder for their affair and almost two decades worth of tabloid headlines. Even movie critic Roger Ebert noted that they “spark explosive chemistry” in his review of the film, writing, “What makes the movie work is that Pitt and Jolie have fun together on the screen, and they’re able to find a rhythm that allows them to be understated and amused even during the most alarming developments.” Even though that light has now dimmed, it certainly fueled Hollywood gossip for years.
What’s amazing is that some of these films are 30 years old — hello, Basic Instinct — those bedroom scenes still hold up. A good love-making moment is exactly that… hot, steamy, and timeless.
