René-Charles Angelil is more than just Céline Dion’s oldest son

After struggling to conceive, giving birth to René-Charles was Céline Dion’s greatest dream come true. 

Doctors expected Céline Dion to give birth to René on Valentine’s Day, but he came three weeks early.

René-Charles’ birthday is Jan. 25, 2001, which makes him 15 years old.

He has two younger twin brothers who are only 5 years old and three older half-siblings from his dad’s first marriage.

Since his dad’s name was also René, little René needed a nickname. We think “RC” suits him. 

Aside from his name, René-Charles had a lot in common with his late father René-Angélil, including “golf, hockey, poker and smoked meat.”

He’s No. 21 on the Nevada Storm Midget AA team and is fan of the pro team the Montreal Canadiens.

He hit the drive 315 yards that day! We’re assuming that’s a good thing… 

His playful pup loves homework almost as much as René does.

The proof: His bilingual Instagram post. He could have used an online translator, but we like our original assumption better. 

And basically broke everyone’s hearts, saying, “You left me now with enough good memories of you to share with my younger brothers.”

And he got to put his arm around her for a picture at the BBMAs.
