In addition to taking his relationship with his Bodies, Bodies, Bodies costar Chase Sui Wonders to another level recently, Saturday Night Live alum Pete Davidson is also making some major real estate moves. Back in December, Davidson put his colorful Staten Island apartment for sale for just under $1.3 million. Now, Davidson is making another big move by vacating his spacious Brooklyn apartment, per Dirt.
His apartment, located right where the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway meets the Brooklyn Bridge, has an impressive four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The 4,500-square-foot apartment is currently being listed for $30,000 per month.
As for the apartment itself, the floorplan’s open concept makes for a massive 50-feet-long great room that combines the kitchen, and the living and dining rooms all in one. Among the rooms’ features are the handful of skylights that bring in the natural sunlight, an in-ceiling speaker system, and a decked-out kitchen with designer appliances and a massive wood kitchen island for cooking.
Speaking of floorplan, in addition to the main floor, the apartment is also attached to a 1,500-square-foot private roof terrace that has its very own outdoor kitchen and almost 360 views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Talk about a quintessential Brooklyn home! In addition, the new tenant will also have access to a private single-car garage with direct building access.
