You think we’re close to being done with the red carpet awards season? Don’t make us laugh! In reality, we still have so many more to go, and so many more ensembles to woo at — including this year’s British Academy Film Awards.
On Feb 19, stars from literally all over the world arrived at the Royal Festival Hall in England to honor their colleagues at the British Academy Film Awards (also known as the BAFTAs or BAFTA Film Awards). Known as one of the most prestigious international film ceremonies, this is all about honoring those amazing contributions to the landscape of film in the past year.
While the BAFTA red carpet isn’t known for having the most daring ensembles of all time, there are a bunch of gorgeous and memorable ones that step foot on the red carpet almost every year — and this year is no different!
From Oscar winner Ariana DeBose’s stunning naked dress to legendary fashion designer Vera Wang’s edgy ensemble, the 2023 BAFTAs red carpet is a must-see for those who love all types of fashion. (And don’t be surprised if you see quite a few super-shocking looks in this mix, too, since 2023 has been full of crazy fashion moments!)
