When there’s a star-studded party, there’s an even more packed, star-studded after-party. We’ve seen the Elton John and Vanity Fair ones that take place after the Oscars, the lowkey ones after the Golden Globes, and so on. However, the Grammys are a bit different because instead of an after-party, there’s usually a pre-party gala hosted by legendary music executive Clive Davis.
If you’ve been following the ins and outs of the Grammys over the years, then you’re aware of Clive Davis’ A-list pre-party Grammy gala. After three years, the gala is back and running in full swing! In 2021, the party went virtual, and the 2022 got canceled altogether. But it’s 2023, and the party is back on!
On Feb. 4, stars from all over came to the Beverly Hilton Hotel to party ahead of the 65th Grammy Awards, per Hollywood Reporter. Along with that, Atlantic Records bosses Julie Greenwald and Craig Kallman have been honored with the Recording Academy’s annual Grammy Salute to Industry Icons Award, an award given to stars before like Sean “Diddy” Combs, Jay-Z, Berry Gordy, and Irving Azoff, to name a few.
