James Corden Is Getting Ready for Another Big Change as He Lists His Opulent New England-Style Mansion for $22 Million – See Photos!

In April of last year, late night show host James Corden unexpectedly announced he would be leaving The Late Late Show after a more than eight-year tenure. According to a statement obtained by Deadline at the time, the British actor and host will be saying goodbye right before the summer of 2023.

“It’s been it’s a really hard decision to leave because I’m so immensely proud of the show,” Corden told the outlet. “I’ve really been thinking about it for a long time, thinking whether there might be one more adventure.”

Now, many months later, reports show Corden’s ready for another big change: selling his home! Per documents obtained by Dirt, Corden and his wife Julia Carey just listed their Brentwood, CA, home for $22 million, more than double what they paid for back in 2017.

The New England-style home, which has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, is filled with entertainment and family-friendly spaces like a fireside living, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and a breathtaking kitchen with deep blue cabinets.

Also in the 8,000 square feet home is an ultra-modern movie theater, a library, and a family room that opens up to the outdoors. Speaking of outdoors, the private backyard includes a built-in playset, in-ground trampoline, and dual lawns. For the adults in the house, there’s also an al fresco dining area, a pool with a spa, and Baja shelf.
