In the midst of an ever-so-thriving basketball career, Golden State Warriors player Stephen Curry still managed to make some real estate deals too. As it turns out, Curry sold his “dream home” in Atherton, California last fall, for a hefty price tag of $31.2 million, Dirt reported.
According to the outlet, Curry sold the lavish mansion to a Singapore-based billionaire Forrest Li, but didn’t make much of a profit. In fact, records show he sold the four bedrooms and six baths home for only $150,000 more than what he bought it for back in June 2019.
As for the place itself, the home boasts a modern stucco and glass exterior, lies on an acre of property, and has over 7,500 square feet spread across its three stories. When Curry bought it back in 2019, the home had just finished being built. The property was built by local developer Joe Comartin of Woodlane Properties and designed by Ken Linsteadt Architects.
Main features of the home also include an open-concept living space, a gourmet eat-in kitchen, and a spacious sundeck and pool. The property also has a small guesthouse and a detached three-car garage.
