Adriana Lima Heads Back to the West Coast for $12 Million Brentwood Estate

After a brief absence from the West Coast, Adriana Lima is heading back to Los Angeles. She and fiancé Andre Lemmers sold their Miami property for $40 million, so they are reinvesting $12.4 million of it in a new Brentwood home. The residence is described as a “transitional farmhouse” by the developer, so that tells you the modern farmhouse design is going out of vogue in architecture.

The 7,521-square-foot property has six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms — perfect for their growing family with Valentina, 12, and Sienna, 9, from her first marriage to Marko Jarić, and Lima and Lemmers’ first child, who will make their arrival in the world this fall. The gated home provides plenty of privacy for the supermodel’s clan and the contemporary design offers clean lines and natural light.

Some of the A-list amenities in their new home include a one-bedroom guesthouse near the 45-foot pool. The backyard won’t jack up the water bill because it was laid with AstroTurf, and the outdoor dining room has a bar, fire pit, and a barbecue area. Lima is going to have the perfect place for her kids to grow up and play in the California sunshine. See her lovely new home in LA — and be sure to check out more details on the estate at Dirt.
