Milo Ventimiglia’s $4.4 Million Ocean-View Ranch Home in Malibu Is a ‘Hidden Gem’

Milo Ventimiglia wrapped up his sixth season of This Is Us with a series finale present to himself: a ranch home in Malibu. Described in the listing as a “hidden gem,” the $4.4 million ocean-view residence is ultra-private, thanks to its position on a dead-end street. Built in 1965, the home has 2,462 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The 45-year-old actor found the perfect retreat in Los Angeles to enjoy a weekend away or a place to have a staycation without having to hop on a plane with luggage delays and disruptions. The architecture takes full advantage of the Southern California climate by utilizing the outdoor space just as much as the indoor space. The walls of glass open up to the backyard, which features a free-form pool, a fire pit, and a view of the coastline.

The primary suite is big enough to house a California-king size bed and an enormous seating area while offering up a private entrance to the pool area. There is also a studio in the back, which could be converted into a gym, a home office, or an art studio — plus there’s even a cute courtyard in the front and a barbecue area on the side of the property. It looks like Ventimiglia found the perfect summer residence when he wants to get out of the city. See his cozy new place — and be sure to check out more photos at Dirt.
