It’s no surprise that many celebrity couples came to the 2022 Met Gala, wowing in glittering ensembles fit for the “Gilded Glamour” theme. Can you imagine the Met Gala as a date? That’s something from a fairytale. Think about it: arriving in dazzling designer gowns and suits to view just as mesmerizing art installations. Now, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have been on a few red carpet events together, most recently at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. But nothing prepared us for what we were in store for at the 2022 Met Gala.
Kardashian has wowed at every Met Gala she’s attended since 2013, especially making a statement at the 2021 Gala with her all-black masked Balenciaga look. Davidson made his Met Gala debut only last year, rocking a monochromatic dress by Thom Browne for the occasion themed “American Independence.” But this year, the two arrived together, and we were not ready.
The unexpected pair have been together since Aug. 2021, becoming red carpet official back in April at The Kardashians premiere. Now, the two arrived in style for the 2022 Met Gala, wowing the crowd with their on-point looks.
