If you’ve watched The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for even a short amount of time, you would recognize the Bel Air home that Kyle Richards, and husband Mauricio Umansky, lived in for six years. They are now happily ensconced in their Encino estate, but after cast member Sutton Stracke rented out the home while awaiting renovations on her new Bel Air house, it’s time to let the property go for $6.75 million.
The house has a lot of memories for Bravo TV viewers, who probably recall every dramatic scene that happened by the pool for the couple’s annual White Party, or a baby Portia, the couple’s now 13-year-old daughter, sitting on the kitchen counter while Richards cooked. The 6,229-square-foot home boasts seven bathrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, which were probably all in use when everyone lived there, including oldest daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 32, from Richards’ first marriage, along with Portia, Sophia, 25, and Alexa, 21, whom she shares with Umansky.
The 1950s-built home has that Americana feel to it complete with a white picket fence, and of course, the interior was designed by Richards’ BFF Faye Resnick. With so much reality show history, someone will want to snap up the beautiful property — and maybe get a few insider stories from Umansky, who is the listing agent, along with stepdaughter Aldjufrie.
