Kelly Clarkson is ready for a change! Amid her current divorce from ex Brandon Blackstock, she’s dropped $5.4 million on an estate in Toluca Lake that is sure to bring new energy to the vibrant talk show host’s life. Los Angelenos know that this neighborhood is one of the most exclusive in the San Fernando Valley with its private lake and golf course and old-school Hollywood history. (Think Bob Hope, Bing Crosby and Bette Davis!) She and daughter River Rose, 7, and son Remington Alexander, 5, are going to love the amenities this property has to offer.
With her Encino mansion from the marriage still on the market for $8.9 million, Clarkson likely fell for the charming feel of a vintage LA home built in 1936, and renovated in 2018. It has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread over 4,946 square feet on an estate with a sprawling backyard that kids will use every day in the California sunshine. From the small details like the pavilion next to the tennis court or the unexpected doorways to the patios and lush grass, the family has so many unique places to explore on the grounds.
We can’t wait for you to see the sunroom (it’s the most unusual place in the house) and of course, the movie star pool. Scroll through the gallery and be sure to check out more photos on Dirt.

An Old-Fashioned Driveway

Belly Up to the Kitchen Bar

The Perfect Family Room

Formal Dining Room

The Most Unusual Room in the House

A Cozy Master Bedroom Suite

Double Vanity

Tennis Pavilion

Now This Is an Estate
