Want to live like Khloé Kardashian? It’ll cost you — but the price tag is definitely worth it. The star is looking to sell her eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Calabasas, California, for a whopping $18.95 million which is more than double the $7.2 million she paid for the place in 2014 when she bought it from Justin Bieber. As for the jump in price, that likely has to do with the extensive commissioned renovations alongside several in-demand interior designers.
On an episode of Real Talk on IGTV, Kardashian family realtor Tomer Fridman explains the 11,000-square-foot, Mediterranean Revival mansion is located in the private community known as The Oaks where a number of Kardashians, Jenners, and other celebrities have lived over the years. In 2017 Architectural Digest showed off the home as it was designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, but she’s reportedly since worked with Waldo Fernandez and Tommy Clements, perhaps to transform the Moroccan-inspired decor into something a little more toddler-friendly as she was preparing to welcome daughter True.
What else does the pad offer? For starters, there’s the screening room, complete with comfy cushions and chaise lounges for an automatic reclining experience. There’s also a walk-in closet that is better described as a converted master bedroom, it’s that big and that amazing. The house also boasts the kind of glam room you’d expect from the Kar-Jenners, as well as a meticulously organized pantry (though you will have to buy your own snacks). Add a guest house, swimming pool, and tons of well-manicured lawn for good measure — this is southern California, after all!
There’s no word yet on where Kardashian is moving, but the family is known for their house-swapping prowess.
