It’s hard to keep with all the 2019 royal events potentially slated to take place. When you’re a member of the British royal family, it’s safe to say moments of rest are few and far between. With the public expecting various members of the family to attend events, give speeches, meet with the public, pose for photos, participate in various charitable events and beyond — in addition to being wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, devoted partners and a tight-knit family unit — a single calendar year can be a total whirlwind. And that’s just what we surmise as outsiders looking in!
With the entirety of 2019 laid out before us and our fascination with the royal family growing stronger every day, we thought it would be fun to map out all the major goings-on happening for the royal family. Over the course of the next 12 months, there will be one royal birth, lots of commemorative events, at least one royal tour and plenty of birthdays and wedding anniversaries.
Here are all the 2019 royal events you need to know about. Sadly, invites are not included.

Image Credit: James Devaney/FilmMagic/Getty Images. Trooping the Colour — where the queen officially “inspects” the military as the parade goes by — is a major event on the royal family calendar. She’s been going for the majority of her reign, only missing it only once in 1955 when there was a national rail strike.

The Royals Will Attend Remembrance Day

Held on the second Sunday of November, the royal family will likely gather for a public event on Remembrance Day, a day that honors those British servicemen and women who have died in world wars and other forms of combat. -
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Will Announce Her Patronages
Image Credit: Samir Hussein/WireImage/Getty Images. Like her in-laws, Meghan will likely announce which charities, groups and causes she be a patron of and for. Having already planted a foot firmly on the ground in supporting other women; aligning with Harry, William and Catherine for raising awareness of mental health issues; and creating a cookbook for those victimized by the Grenfell Tower fire, Meghan could very well announce patronages in these areas.

The Anniversary of Princess Diana’s Death
Image Credit: Tim Graham/Getty Images. August will mark the 22nd anniversary of the tragic and untimely death of Princess Diana.
