Spring is in the air and the TV season is winding down. But don’t worry, there are plenty of summer programs to keep us busy.
The USA Network has released the premiere schedule for its 2013 summer slate. It’s filled with fan favorites as well as newcomers Summer Camp and Graceland.
Things will kick off with the seventh season premiere of Burn Notice. The USA veteran returns June 6 at 9/8c. It will be followed by Graceland, a drama that centers on a group of undercover agents from FBI, DEA and US Customs. The series stars Daniel Sunjata (The Devil Wears Prada) and Aaron Tveit who recently appeared in the Oscar-winning Les Miserables.
The following week (June 12), Royal Pains will be back for its fifth season. You can expect more medical drama from the Hamptons as a murder mystery continues to hang over the characters’ heads. Meanwhile, Necessary Roughness returns for Season 3, which picks up six months after the second season finale.
You’ll have to wait a little longer for Covert Affairs and Suits. They won’t debut until July, but that’s nothing compared to White Collar. The series that stars the dashing Matt Bomer doesn’t return until the fall.
On the reality front, USA picked up a competition called Summer Camp. It follows 16 adults as they compete in classic games inspired by camp experiences. It’s set to premiere sometime in July.
