Friendly neighbors: Elin Nordegren dating billionaire playboy

Rumor has it that Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, is dating a much older billionaire neighbor, Chris Cline, after Woods moved on with skier Lindsey Vonn.

Elin Nordegren is reportedly dating much older billionaire — and neighbor — Chris Cline. The 33-year-old Nordegren lives in the same wealthy Palm Beach, Florida, area as the 55-year-old coal-mining magnet. Elin and Chris have likely been getting to know each other better since the holidays.

“Elin and Chris have been dating since the holidays,” said a source for the New York Post. The magazine reports Cline owns a mega yacht named “Mine Games” and hosted a fundraiser for Mitt Romney at his North Palm Beach, Florida, home in September 2012.

Chris Cline is known for lavish parties aboard his yacht in addition to constantly hitting up Florida nightclubs. In 2012, Cline was linked to Miss Florida USA Karina Brez.

Cline is rumored to be worth around $1.2 billion and Elin Nordegren received a $110 million divorce settlement in 2010 from Tiger Woods.

“The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life — even if Tiger dies first — or she’ll lose the lot,” said a friend with knowledge of the settlement. The Palm Beach Post says it could take until 2014 for Elin to receive the full amount from Woods.

Chris Cline is the owner of Cline Resource and Development and has been married twice. His first wife, Sabrina died in 1987 from breast cancer and he later remarried in 1993 but divorced in 2000. Cline has four children between his two marriages.

Cline and Nordegren are literally next door neighboors with Cline’s $10.5 million mansion just steps away from Elin’s newly rennovated home.
