Holly Madison's "ridiculous, human-sized" dog problem

Holly Madison is in hot water with her Home Owner's Association over a giant, "ridiculous" (by her own admission) structure. Looks like it's time for this pregnant lady to make a move!

Holly Madison's beloved dogs are at the center of a battle between the mom-to-be and her Home Owner's Association. It turns out having the mega-sized pink doghouse of her dreams built has been nothing but trouble!

"We're selling this house," Madison vented to Las Vegas Weekly. "We thought of renting it, but we're finished here... The HOA here is so bad, I don't even want to deal with them."

The former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner, who is now dating Pasquale Rotella, the father of her baby-to-be, continued her vent:

"They've come after me about the dumbest things... I built this ridiculous, human-sized doghouse behind my house, and when I went over it with my contractor, he consulted the HOA on all their restrictions and whatnot... It's possible you could see the roof from the street, but you can't see any of it from the street, actually. My thought is, if you can't see anything in my back yard from the street, then who is peeking in my back yard?

Nonetheless, the dog house only Madison and her house guests can see is racking up hefty fines. The 33-year-old, "mom" to fur-babies Napoleon, Josephine and Louis Le Premier, explained, "They keep fining me for having it painted pink!"

"It's a temporary structure, so it's not even under their jurisdiction... (The fine is) a hundred dollars a month, or something like that," she added. "I haven't been paying it. I just keep sending them nasty letters."

Madison admits that although she's willing to pay big bucks to keep her puppies living in style, pet-ownership isn't without its problems. On Jan. 11, she tweeted, "The dogs have started sh**ting all over. Not sure if they are protesting the baby or move to a new house, but it ain't workin, kids!"
