It’s open gossip season on Amanda Bynes

The actress has always been the good girl, but since being involved in some incidents over the summer, she is now the target of paparazzi. But she’s not going to be quiet about it any more.

Amanda Bynes

It seems like child actors are generally immune from tabloid gossip unless they’ve really messed up. Now it looks like that is exactly where Amanda Bynes has landed herself. After being charged with multiple DUIs and hit-and-runs over the summer, the actress is no longer off-limits, and she’s not very happy about it.

In Touch magazine posted a story on Thursday saying that multiple eyewitnesses saw Bynes walking around naked in a tanning salon. The magazine said the actress was given a private room but came back out of the room looking for goggles — sans clothes.

“She walked out of the room completely naked,” a witness told In Touch. “She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked.”

Another witness said it wasnt just that Bynes was naked but that she was acting very strangely as well.

“She seemed totally out of it,” the eyewitness said. “She took her time walking back to the Mystic room, dragging her fingers along the wall and smiling at customers who passed her. There was definitely something wrong with her.”

But Bynes is not happy with the story, and she is threatening to do something about it. According to Perez Hilton, she said, “That’s not true, I’ll sue.”

Since being charged with the alleged crimes from the summer, Bynes, 26, has worked hard to stay out of the spotlight. She’s been staying in Manhattan and, besides a few reports of small incidents, hasn’t caused any trouble.

“Still, a slew of troubles are waiting for her on the West Coast: Bynes has upcoming court dates for a DUI, two counts of hit-and-run, and two counts of driving on a suspended license,” said Yahoo!. The actress has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
