Stressed Katherine Jackson shares custody of MJ's kids

Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson were caught in a custody battle earlier this week. Court paperwork filed Friday revealed Katherine Jackson now wants to share custody with TJ due to stress.

The Associated Press reports court paperwork filed in Los Angeles Superior Court asks for the custody arrangement be altered to reflect joint custody of Michael Jackson’s three children -- Paris Jackson, Prince Michael Jackson II and Prince Michael Jackson Jr. (Blanket), -- with Katherine’s grandson, Tito Joe "TJ" Jackson. Katherine Jackson’s attorney -- Perry Sanders Jr. -- states Katherine Jackson is stressed over the daily requirements of raising the children.

"Mrs. Jackson is extremely pleased with the prospect of enjoying the pleasure of raising Michael Jackson’s children without the day-to-day tedium of items such as managing the large staff that goes with such a high-profile family and focus her attention on being a grandmother and raising Michael’s children," said Sanders in written statement. He continued, "She is eager to simply enjoy her great relationship with these children, while deeding over some of the stressors that go hand in hand with being a guardian."

TJ Jackson is the son of Tito Jackson, the 58-year-old uncle of Paris, Prince and Michael. TJ Jackson received temporary custody of Michael Jackson’s children when Katherine Jackson was reported missing earlier this week. Michael Jackson family has made major media headlines the past month reportedly stemming from the fallout of Michael Jackson’s will. The iconic pop singer left his entire estate to his mother, Katherine, and children. His siblings received nothing.

A judge is expected to look over the custody request next week but Katherine Jackon's attorney believes the custody arrgagment of Michael Jackson's kids will be approved.
