Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck! The Three Stooges are at it again. A new trailer for the Farrelly Brothers comedy has been released and this time Sofia Vergara's getting in on the action. Look out! She's got a mean right-hook!

Ready or not here they come! Directors Bobby and Peter Farrelly are introducing The Three Stooges to a whole new generation.

The classic comedians also known as Larry, Moe and Curly will hit the big screen this spring in the film aptly titled -- The Three Stooges.

In the latest trailer, the clumsy trio channels their inner Jackasses -- as in MTV's Jackass. They make Johnny Knoxville proud with one dangerous stunt after another.

They fall off buildings, are attacked by lobsters, hit with hammers and giant bells. There's a lot of slapstick comedy, emphasis on the slap.

Modern Family star Sofia Vergara (who plays Lydia) even gets in on the action when she slaps all three men in one sweeping motion. It's a classic move.

The film stars Sean Hayes as Larry Fine, Will Sasso as Curly Howard and Chris Diamantopoulos as Moe Howard. The premise centers on the Stooges as they attempt to save their childhood orphanage. Inadvertently, they get involved in a murder plot and end up starring in a reality TV show. How does that happen? You'll have to watch to find out.

The Three Stooges co-stars Jane Lynch, supermodel Kate Upton, Jennifer Hudson, Larry David and those crazy kids from the Jersey Shore (Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Jenni Farley, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro).

The film opens April 13.
