Dancing with the Stars season 14 cast

The new cast of Dancing with the Stars has been announced, and it is full of the usual mix of athletes, actors and musicians -- but this year, the partner have been revealed on the same day!

So who is getting ready to strap on the ol' dancing shoes?

  • Jack Wagner of Melrose Place and General Hospital -- and also Heather Locklear's former fiancé with whom she tussled in an alleged domestic dispute last month. He will be paired with Anna Trebunskaya.
  • Melissa Gilbert of Little House on the Prairie and Lifetime movie fame, who was also the President of SAG for many years and happens to be the sister of The Talk's Sara Gilbert. Also somewhat freshly split from her hubby, maybe she and Jack Wagner can find love on the dance floor? She will be paired with Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
  • Donald Driver, a wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers and a children's book author who co-hosts Inside the Huddle with Donald Driver on Wisconsin TV. He will be paired with Peta Murgatroyd.
  • William Levy, a Cuban-born Telenovela star who you may remember as the man who was rumored to have broken up Jennifer Lopez's marriage to Marc Anthony -- he starred as her love interest in her video for "I'm Into You." The former model denied that any hanky-panky was going on. Levy will be paired with Cheryl Burke.
  • Sherri Shepherd is now best-known as one of the five co-hosts of The View, but this comedian, actress and TV personality also hosts The Newlywed Game and starred in the sitcoms Less Than Perfect and Sherri, as well as enjoying a recurring role on 30 Rock. Shepherd will be paired up with Val Chmerkovskiy.

  • Katherine Jenkins, a Welsh singer who has achieved crossover success in classical and pop. She's big in Europe. Jenkins will be paired with Mark Ballas.
  • Gavin DeGraw, a singer/songwriter whose hit "I Don't Want to Be" skyrocketed him to the top of the charts. DeGraw was viciously attacked outside his New York City bar last year and left badly injured. He has since completely recovered and will be paired up with reigning champ Karina Smirnoff.
  • Martina Navratilova, a retired Czechoslovakian-American tennis champ who was once ranked number one in the world. She came out of the closet as a lesbian way back in 1981, yet there has been no speculation that she should be paired with a same sex dancing partner like there was when three gay male contestants joined the cast at various times. Navratilova will be paired with Tony Dovolani.
  • Roshon Fegan, a Disney star who currently can be seen in the highly successful film franchise Camp Rock and in the original series Shake It Up! He has yet to experience the dreaded Disney Star nervous breakdown. Fegan will be paired with Chelsie Hightower.
  • Maria Menounos, a stunning TV personality who has appeared on the Today Show, Access Hollywood, Extra and Hollywood Green as well as sharpening her acting chops in roles in Fantastic Four, Without a Trace, One Tree Hill, Scrubs, Tropic Thunder and Knight Rider. She will be paired with three-time champ Derek Hough.

  • Jaleel White, best-known for his wildly popular role as Steve Urkel on the '90s sitcom Family Matters. Think he'll wear the suspenders on the dance floor? In recent years White has tried to distance himself from Urkel professionally, voicing the Sonic the Hedgehog TV shows and a fan film as well as starring in the web series Road to the Altar and Fake It Til You Make It. He's also had roles on hit shows like Psych and House. White will be paired with Kym Johnson.
  • Gladys Knight, the Empress of Soul, best-known for her success with Gladys Knight & the Pips. Her hit "Midnight Train to Georgia" became an instant classic, and years later she joined Dionne Warwick, Stevie Wonder and Elton John on the Grammy-winning 1986 AIDS benefit single "That's What Friends Are For." She will be paired with Tristan MacManus.
