Halle Berry's baby daddy in hot water over nanny push
The father of Halle Berry's daughter is under investigation for child endangerment. What did he do to little Nahla? Read on to find out the shocking details.
Halle Berry's baby daddy is in hot water tonight after an altercation with the former couple's shared nanny.
According to reports, Gabriel Aubry is under investigation for criminal child endangerment and battery because he got violent with the nanny -- while she was holding little Nahla.
Here's how it went down, according to what law enforcement sources told TMZ: When the nanny went to Nahla's school to pick her up, she was told the little girl was absent that day. The nanny went to Aubry's house, picked Nahla up in her arms and asked Aubry why he didn't take his daughter to school.
Aubry totally wigged out, yelling, "You're the f*****g nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to f*****g know anything." He then allegedly pushed the nanny out the door and into a wall -- while she was holding Nahla.
For the record, Aubry is six-foot-four. The nanny is five-foot-two.
Police are investigating the incident and could charge Aubry with criminal child endangerment and battery. Meanwhile, Berry is expected in court on Tuesday for an emergency hearing to try to prevent Aubry from having any further visitation with the child due to his violent outburst.
This isn't the first time Aubry and Berry will battle it out in court. In January 2011 Berry took Aubry to court over custody issues because "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her," according to her rep's statement to Us Weekly.
In June 2011 Berry dragged Aubry to court stating that he "neglected Nahla, imperiling her safety" read court documents.
