Molly Sims has revealed how she keeps her 38-year-old body looking like it did when she was 22. Read on to find out her secret!
Finally, a refreshingly honest celebrity! Molly Sims has revealed how she keeps her body in stunning shape, and it isn’t that same old song and dance we usually get from celebs about how they eat whatever they want and just stay naturally thin.
The 38-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model has a body rivaling that of women 15 years younger — and Sims says it’s the result of nothing but long, hard work.
“This does not come naturally,” Sims told Shape.
“I have to work out 60 to 90 minutes at least five days a week and stick to a high-fiber, low-calorie eating plan.”
Sims used to diet all the time and only worked out sporadically, but got her butt in gear a few years ago after she grew tired of weight fluctuations.
“I wanted to be consistent with my exercise, so I committed to working out for 30 days in a row, no matter what,” she said.
“For an hour every day, I did something. I was on the elliptical or the treadmill, and if someone asked me to go to a class — whether it was spinning, boxing, yoga, you name it — I went.”
“By the end of the month, I felt so good, I just kept going. I didn’t want to lose my momentum,” she explained.
The model and TV host just married producer Scott Stuber last summer in a beautiful vineyard ceremony in the Napa Valley. You can catch her on the new reality competition Project Accessory, a spin-off of Project Runway.
