Another loser wins on The Biggest Loser!

Another round of contestants faced a life-changing season of The Biggest Loser and it was time to crown a winner Tuesday night.

The season 12 transformations were profound, but in the end there could only be one winner of The Biggest Loser and it was John Rhode.

Ramon Medeiros, John Rhode and Antone Davis earned the final three spots on The Biggest Loser finale, where they each stood a chance at winning $250,000 for shedding weight and changing their lives.

Before we tell you how John won, there's another competition we have to note.

The evening wasn't just about the finalists; it was also about the at-home competitors, too.

All of the season 12 contestants returned to have a chance at winning the $100,000 at-home prize by continuing to get fit after leaving the ranch.

That actually seems like a hard feat in itself. We would think being at home would be much harder, but that's just us.

While Jennifer Rumple took the at-home prize, the nerves were at an all-time high for Ramon, John and Antone.

Up to the scale first was Ramon. He began the show weighing 355 pounds and managed to lose 154 pounds, bringing him to 201.

Former NFL player Antone was next. He began at 447 pounds and lost 202 pounds (bringing him to 245), which knocked Ramon out of the competition.

The last up to the scale was John. John and Ramon began the season with just two pounds separating each other. The showdown was on!

John started his journey weighing in at 445. He stepped on the scale one last time with the tension running high. When the scale finally stopped, he had lost an incredible 220 pounds to be crowned the new winner of The Biggest Loser.

As the confetti fell, you couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in all of these contestants.

We want to hear from you -- what do you think of John Rhode's incredible transformation?
