Kris Humphries: Gay? Not so fast

Kris Humphries is fighting mad after a tabloid claimed he prefers men over Kim Kardashian. Find out why he might be getting sued for claiming someone else is gay.

Kris Humphries vows that he's not gay

Kris Humphries is a lot of things: a serial farter, immature and possibly verbally abusive. But, whatever you do, don't call him gay. The baller -- and his soon-to-be ex Kim Kardashian -- are livid after Star magazine published a report claiming Kardashian branded him a homosexual.

In the report, Star quotes a "source" who made the claims:

"Kim confided to Khloe pretty early on that [she and Kris] hadn't had sex for weeks after they returned home from their Italian honeymoon. Kim was really concerned."

"One night she came back to their hotel room in a trench coat… She lit candles, put on some music and started doing a sexy striptease. But Kris barely looked up from the TV! He was like, 'Later babe. I'm watching SportsCenter now.'"

"Khloe asked Kim if she thought Kris might be gay. At first Kim thought that was ridiculous. But the more she thought about it, the more she wondered. There were signs."

"Well, maybe he just wasn't attracted to her? Though he seemed to be pretty into her on the premiere of Kourtney and Kim Take New York."

Humphries' publicist immediately released a statement saying that the rumors are"completely false and ridiculous. He is not gay."

However, he might actually be in trouble for making a gay slur against someone else.

Humphries allegedly called Kardashian family BFF Jonathan Cheban gay because the celebrity publicist and star of The Spin Crowd hasn't tried to bed his longtime friend.

"Jonathan was offended," a pal of Cheban's told RadarOnline. "He is not gay and Kris' comments were derogatory, a slur against his character and given it's being broadcast on a program that airs internationally, it has the potential to cause serious damage to Jonathan's reputation."

The friend added that Cheban is considering a $5 million dollar defamation lawsuit against the NBA free agent because he allegedly spewed the slur while filming Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

Good luck with that one, Jonathan! Humphries doesn't have Kardashian money anymore, remember?
