Daniel Baldwin's divorce is back on
While it might have looked like the couple was on the road to reconciliation, it looks like they are headed for a divorce instead.
It looks like a divorce is back on for this troubled couple.
Actor Daniel Baldwin is about to lose a pretty penny in his divorce from wife Joanne, who is asking for $4,000 per month in child support plus half of Baldwin's earnings, including 50 percent of a $100,000 payday the actor will make while shooting in Australia.
The couple has two daughters, 3-year-old Avis Ann, and 2-year-old Finley Rae.
The former British model filed papers on Thursday in Oregon claiming she and her husband have irreconcilable differences that have caused "the irremediable breakdown of their marriage."
Baldwin's wife is seeking sole custody of their two children, but in a twisted turn of events today, it was also reported that their children were removed from their mother's care soon after the divorce papers were filed.
Baldwin tells E! Online that his children are currently under the care of a family friend while he is filming in Texas.
"Sadly I must report that my daughters, Avis and Finley, have been removed from their mother's home by the Department of Human Services in Oregon last night," he confirmed in a statement released by his rep.
Just this past July, the former Celebrity Rehab participant filed for divorce one day after getting a temporary restraining order against his wife over claims that she was abusing drugs and alcohol.
Baldwin's soon-to-be ex-wife is also asking the court to require him to take out a million-dollar life insurance policy for the benefit of their kids.
The couple tied the knot in 2007 -- it was Baldwin's third marriage. He also has a daughter, 17-year-old Alexandria with ex-wife Elizabeth Baldwin, and a son, Atticus, 15, from his marriage to actress Isabelle Hofman.
