Rachel Zoe debuts “super glamorous” collection at Fashion Week
Rachel Zoe debuted her highly anticipated spring collection during New York Fashion Week – and brought along 5-month-old old Skyler! Get a sneak peek of her beautiful Brigitte Bardot-inspired collection here.
After her successful fall Rachel Zoe Collection, this new line of flowing maxi dresses and printed frocks will undoubtedly share the same success.
"It's about ease. Ease and glamour," she told the Associated Press of her new spring line. "That glamorous lifestyle everyone wants to live and dreams about."
Dressed in a sheer black maxi dress and platform heels, Zoe, 40, revealed her inspiration was a sexy French actress. "My inspiration is really very simple," Zoe said. "It's Brigitte Bardot, South of France, late 60s, early 70s, kind of running around -- super glamorous -- not trying to be, she just is."
As Zoe revealed her collection to editors and stylists, her husband Berman toted baby Skyler around his first Fashion Week show. When asked if it was scarier giving birth or debuting her new collection at Fashion Week, Zoe said they are "both equally scary for totally different reasons."
"I'd be lying if I didn't say it was hard, but it's so much easier than I thought it would be," she said. "The baby just adds so much life to your life that it makes everything easier in a way."
