With the CW fall premieres closing in, we have more exclusive CW dish from some of the hottest new shows debuting on the network. Read on to hear what Natasha Henstridge had to say about The Secret Circle and her character Principal Dawn Chamberlain.
Thursdays belong to a CW double punch of supernatural goodness this fall.
The Secret Circle, based on the novels by L.J. Smith, features the story of Cassie (Britt Robertson) who struggles as she realizes she’s the key to a battle between good and evil.
In a new exclusive interview from the CW, Natasha Henstridge, who plays Principal Dawn Chamberlain, dishes what it’s like to rule a school of secrets. Did we also happen to mention she’s the mom of bad girl Faye?
Along with the Natasha Henstridge, The Secret Circle stars Britt Robertson (Cassie), Phoebe Tonkin (Faye) and Thomas Dekker (Adam).
We’ll admit, having Kevin Williamson on this project made us rest easy that we wouldn’t be watching a carbon copy of The Vampire Diaries.
Yes, they both have high schools and supernatural forces driving the ship, but we can already see the differences in choice of actors and delivery. The Secret Circle is going to be a standalone, breakout hit from what we can see.
The Secret Circle debuts on Thursday, Sept. 15, immediately following the season premiere of The Vampire Diaries.
