Grey's Anatomy's Sarah Drew has a new project: A baby!
Grey's Anatomy's Sarah Drew is expecting her first child -- what does this mean for her character?
We love it when members of the Grey's Anatomy cast announce they're pregnant -- it makes us wonder what that means for their character.
According to People magazine, Sarah Drew is expecting her first child -- how exciting is that? Her baby's daddy is, of course, her husband Peter Lanfer. The expectant parents have been married since 2002.
Thirty-year-old Sarah Drew is obviously over the moon about her baby news -- and, by the way, her little bundle is due in January. She took to Twitter to send some love to all the fans who've sent warm wishes. "Thanks for all the congrats messages! We are super excited," she tweeted on July 27.
It will be interesting to see if or how this pregnancy is written into the show considering her Grey's Anatomy character April Kepner is -- how should we put this delicately? -- a virgin. Imagine what the other characters would think about this one -- kind of a fun story, don't you think?
What do you think the best way to handle Sarah Drew's pregnancy on Grey's Anatomy would be? We really want to hear your thoughts on this situation.
Congratulations go out to Sarah Drew and Peter Lanfer on their happy baby news! Stay tuned to see what happens with her character April Kepner.
