Tone Loc hit with felony weapons charges
Tone Loc has been charged with two felonies after being accused of beating up the mother of his child.
Rapper Tone Loc has turned into quite the wild thing -- and not in a good way. The '90s hip hop bad boy has been charged with two felonies in connection with a domestic violence arrest last month.
Anthony Smith -- the rapper's real name -- pleaded not guilty to pulling a Chris Brown on his baby mama and being in possession of a majorly illegal gun: an unregistered Colt AR-15 Sporter, a military grade assault rifle.
The Funky Cold Medina singer was arrested in June after cops were called to a Burbank, California apartment complex in mid-afternoon during an altercation with the mother of his child. He was released on a $50,000 bond.
Loc is due back in court in two weeks.
