Katy Perry video hunk gets busted for battery
A Hollywood heartthrob who has starred opposite Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian was popped for assault.
Josh Kloss, an actor, former cowboy and sometimes-rocker, was smoking a cigarette at the popular Hollywood and Highland mall on Hollywood Boulevard when he was approached by a security guard. When the guard requested he put out his cigarette, Kloss decided to debate the matter. After that, Kloss says, the guard got physical with him. The guard claims it happened the other way around, leading to five guards taking down Kloss and a trip to jail on misdemeanor battery charges.
You may remember Kloss as the guy flaunting his six-pack in Katy Perry's Teenage Dream video, and he appeared with Kim Kardashian in a Super Bowl Skechers commercial. After modeling his muscles in Perry's video, Kloss found himself shirtless with Kardashian in the hot and sweaty workout themed ad. You might also recognize him from his role on The O.C. back in 2003.
Regarding his single status, Kloss says, "I'm a terrible dater." Instead, he says, he's "a romantic 'hero/damsel in distress' type of guy. Right now in my life I'm working on the hero."
When he's not hanging out with Katy or Kim, he's a model who was most recently featured in GQ Italia.
