Bride To Be

Hillary Scott of the country band Lady Antebellum sure has something to sing about -- she's engaged! Her boyfriend, Chris Tyrell, proposed over the Fourth of July weekend.

Lady Antebellum started back in Nashville, Tennessee in 2006, when Scott met band members Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood. Tyrell was playing for Love and Theft before he started jamming with Lady Antebellum later in their career.

The couple met in 2010 on Tim McGraw's tour and have been smitten ever since. Scott, 25, accepted what she told People Magazine was her dream proposal to 24-year-old Tyrell. They had been hiking in Tennessee, where they were visiting family, when Tyrell popped the question. Mother nature surrounded the happy pair.

There is no wedding date set yet. Scott and Tyrell are too busy celebrating and spreading the good news.

It should come as no surprise that Just A Kiss, Lady Antebellum's new single, was inspired by Tyrell himself. One thing is for sure: we can look forward to hearing more love songs from this group.

Now that's a holiday weekend they'll never forget!
