Smells like teen spirit: Justin Bieber launches a women's fragrance
Justin Bieber is taking over the world, one cosmetic at a time. His newest venture is a women's fragrance line. Yes, the Biebs is selling perfume.
If Bieber's nail polish line, One Less Lonely Girl, and unisex fragrance line weren't enough, Justin Bieber is now selling women's perfume. That's right, the 17-year-old sensation has created a line of women's perfume called Someday.
Bieber told Women's Wear Daily, "Let's be real, the way a girl smells is very important to a guy. I have such a deep connection with my fans, so creating a fragrance that I personally love is another way I can bring them closer to my world."
We had a few comments, but then we read that Bieber is donating all of the proceeds from the sales of his perfume to charity. We can't criticize that, even if 17-year-old Bieber is telling us that the way women smell is important to guys.
Someday will sell for $35 a bottle and is described as "fruity gourmand." It will be available in June at department stores.
Justin Bieber was just named the third most powerful celebrity by Forbes on the Celebrity 100 list, pulling in $53 million last year. We wouldn't have guessed Justin Bieber would launch a women's fragrance line, so we're willing to say that the sky's the limit when it comes to his future endeavors.
