An extra on the prom episode of Glee has effectively ruined the entire episode by posting major spoilers on Twitter -- and incurring the wrath of executive producer Brad Falchuk in the process.

Nicole Crowther got a really cool gig as an extra on the prom episode of Glee -- but she totally blew her chances of ever coming back when she tweeted major plot spoilers!

Crowther was answering questions from followers about the episode when she revealed the ultimate plot point: Who will be crowned prom queen and king?

We won't reveal the info here, but if you are interested in what Crowther said you can see it here.

When word got out that word got out, Glee co-creator and executive producer Brad Falchuk was absolutely livid. He tweeted to Crowther, "Hope you're qualified to do something besides work in entertainment. Who are you to spoil something talented people have spent months to create?"

In other words: You'll never work in this town again!

Crowther may not be the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but she does at least seem repentant. She has since deleted all the tweets in question and wrote to Falchuck, "I'm truly sorry. I was being completely thoughtless and made a horrible mistake. I'm deeply & incredibly sorry Brad."

Will Glee reshoot the episode with changes to keep fans in suspense? Probably not, but if it turns out that the prom king and queen are different than what was revealed in the link above, we'll know they did!
