Bones star David Boreanaz has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit that claimed he promised to advance the career of a young actress in exchange for sexual favors.

Kristina Hagan no longer has any Bones to pick with David Boreanaz — the actors have settled the sexual harassment lawsuit that claimed he offered her a better role in exchange for sex.

“The matter has been resolved,” said Hagan’s attorney Gloria Allred.

Hagan claimed that Boreanaz made multiple unwanted sexual advances towards her, including texting her pictures of his penis, trying to kiss her and grope her breasts and masturbating in front of her.

“[David] attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away,” the lawsuit stated. “[He then] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.”

Hagan had impeccable timing. She filed her suit a mere two months after Boreanaz publicly admitted to cheating on his wife Jaime Bergman, saying he was afraid the other woman was trying to blackmail him.

Boreanaz denied any wrongdoing in the Hagan case. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
