Hall Pass' Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis speak
Hall Pass brings two actors together with impeccable comic timing, Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis. We are sitting down exclusively with Sudeikis and Wilson for a video interview to discuss the finer points of their latest film, the Farrelly brothers’ Hall Pass.
The premise of Hall Pass is that for one week, married men Fred and Rick can see if the single life of "women everywhere" is all it's cracked up to be. Of course, the women too are entitled to a reciprocal Hall Pass and in two parallel storylines, Jason Sudeikis, Owen Wilson, Jenna Fischer and Christina Applegate's characters embark on a journey that comically showcases men and women far beyond Mars and Venus.
Owen Wilson has been on a roll of late with comedic performances inHow Do You Knowopposite Reese Witherspoon and Jack Nicholson, as the voice of Marmaduke for the big dog's first film foray and in the holiday box office smash Little Fockerswith Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro.
Jason Sudeikis is widely known to audiences as one of the gifted performers on Saturday Night Live. Before landing the starring gig that has seen him steal the show each Saturday for six years, Sudeikis was a writer for the late night mainstay. Speaking of stealing scenes, Sudeikis is a fan favorite as an ex-boyfriend of Tina Fey's on 30 Rock. His film career is taking off as well with recent supporting roles in Going the Distanceand The Bounty Hunter.
Sudeikis and Wilson make a formidable comedy team and their chemistry is what makes Hall Pass truly tick.
