Justin Bieber nail polish line selling out
Pop star Justin Bieber’s nail polish for Nicole by OPI, the One Less Lonely Girl collection, has been selling out in record numbers.
Justin Bieber's Nicole by OPI nail polish line, called the One Less Lonely Girl collection, completely sold out at 3,000 Wal-Mart stores, reports WWD.
The 16-year-old pop star released a collection of six nail polishes with names inspired by his hits:
- One Less Lonely Glitter (lavender)
- Prized Possession Purple (grape)
- Give Me The First Dance (silver)
- Me + Blue (dark blue)
- OMB! (bright red)
- Step 2 the Beat of My Heart (heart-shaped glitter)
His line was released in December at Wal-Mart and will be available at Target, Ulta and Sears by February. He is also planning on releasing eight more nail polish colors this month. Bieber is not just hawking nail polishes -- he is also selling Unisex scented wristbands by Etoile Nation and dog tags.
The nail polishes are bright and glittery -- perfect for teen girls who have a major case of Bieber Fever.
"The colors in the collection are modeled after the upbeat and emotive nature of Justin's songs, as well as his own unrivaled energy," said Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, Nicole by OPI's vice president and artistic director.
Bieber recently reassured fans he won't be wearing any of his nail polish shades. "It's not really my nail polish line. Like, I think it's weird to think about that," he said at an event. "Like, there's names, like, named after my music. I don't know, it's, like, a really weird concept."
