Heather Locklear hospitalized
Actress Heather Locklear has been hospitalized with a bacterial infection, according to her rep.
Melrose Place star Heather Locklear has been hospitalized with a bacterial infection, says her rep.
The 49-year-old actress is being treated with antibiotics and is "doing fine," says the rep. She was expected to be released on Wednesday.
Locklear spent 30 days in an inpatient rehab over the summer in connection with her California DUI case. Cops said she was high on prescription drugs at the time.
She was cited for a hit-and-run last April after allegedly mowing down a street sign in her neighborhood and leaving the scene -- a neighbor ratted her out. The case was dismissed due to lack of evidence.
Heather has appeared on some of the hottest shows of the last three decades, including TJ Hooker, Melrose Place, Spin City and Dynasty. Her daughter with rocker Richie Sambora -- Ava, now 13 -- is rockin' the runway as a fashion model, every inch as gorgeous as her mom.
