New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys jam at AMAs

It was a blast from the past last night at the American Music Awards as New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys closed out the show with a mix-up of their most popular songs.

NKOTB and BSB (also known as NKOTBSB) not only closed out the AMAs last night, but they are also going on tour together this summer. Dig out your old BSB t-shirts and NKOTB key chains and get ready to party!

The NKOTBSB performance

Staying true to their boy band roots, the group's every step was well choreographed (except for a minor slip-up when Jordan Knight's microphone was almost knocked off the stand). They sang a mix-up of their most popular songs, with BSB singing Everybody (Backstreet's Back), I Want It That Way and Larger Than Life and NKOTB singing Step By Step and You Got It (The Right Stuff).

Even though the guys have aged since their prime in the 90s, they all looked good and still had the moves to make the gals swoon.

NKOTBSB tour tickets go on sale November 19 and the tour kicks off June 9 in Toronto, Canada, and moves to the U.S. on June 11 in Uniondale, New York.
