Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi was sentenced to community service and a small fine today after pleading guilty to charges of disorderly conduct.

Snooki Jersey Shore

The Jersey Shore star had the luck to get a hilarious judge who handed Snooki her butt on a platter.

After asking Snooki if the publicity gained from her little beach stunt in Seaside Heights, New Jersey in July "was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck," Judge Damien Murray used his moment in the sun to ensure his name is written about on every gossip blog on the interwebs for at least the next 24 hours.

"You seem to be acting like a Lindsay Lohan wannabe," Murray said. "Going through life rude, profane, obnoxious and self-indulgent -- it's not the way you want to live your life and hopefully this incident will impress upon you that there are consequences to your actions."

Snooki's lawyer admitted the reality star had been drinking heavily and filming scenes for Jersey Shore the day of her arrest. Polizzi herself at first had little remorse for her actions, telling MTV News she is "too pretty for jail" and that she couldn't understand why everyone was taking it so seriously.

She has since changed her tune. In her statement to the court, Snooki said, "I would definitely like to apologize to anyone who was hurt. When I saw what happened and everyone told me what happened, I was very embarrassed. I've never been in this situation before, and I'm very sorry."

Milking the incident for all it's worth, Snooki also took to Twitter and wrote to her fans, "Ah never again! So scary…Thank you judge for understanding. I'm very thankful for that! Whew…now I can breath [sic]!"

Snooki must complete two days of community service and pay a $533 fine.
