Transformers 3 stunt goes terribly wrong

An extra on the set of Transformers 3 is in critical condition after a stunt went wrong.

TMZ and WLS-TV is reporting 24-year-old, Gabriella Cedillo, was "seriously injured" on the set of Transformers 3.

Reports say Gabriella Cedillo, an extra, was on the Indiana set of Transformers 3onSeptember 1 when a car stunt turned into a disaster. According to reports, officials claim the botched driving scene went wrong when an object went through the windshield of a car, hitting Gabriella Cedillo.

WLS-TV reportedly spoke to an extra on the set who described the terrifying ordeal. "The vehicle was being towed by another vehicle. The cable between the two vehicles broke. It whipped around and sliced through the woman's car and sliced through her skull, apparently."

TMZ is reporting cops confirmed, "The equipment pertaining to the stunt was impounded by the Indiana State Police."

Gabriella Cedillo was allegedly airlifted to a local hospital. She's in critical condition.
