Zsa Zsa Gabor back in hospital

Zsa Zsa Gabor is back in the hospital after her husband found her unresponsive at home.

John Blanchette, spokesman for Gabor, says that Frederick Prinz von Anhalt asked for emergency personnel when the 93-year-old was “unresponsive” and that the doctors “wanted to see her right away.”

However, the person who called 911 — possibly von Anhalt — described Gabor as having flu-like symptoms and body pain. It is unclear if she was unresponsive at the time of the call and complained of the symptoms earlier, or if she had been revived.

The emergency crew did transport Zsa Zsa, but the ambulance left her home without lights and sirens flashing, which means her life was not in danger.

Gabor suffered a stroke several years ago leaving her somewhat immobilized. She fell out of bed in July and broke her hip, resulting in complications from which she is still suffering.

But those close to her are betting on a rally. Blanchette said he is “hopeful she’ll be released tonight.”
