Kardashian sisters to launch clothing line
Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian take their fashion seriously. The famous trio are teaming up with Australian fashion designer, Bruno Schiavi, to create a clothing line fit for a Kardashian sister.
Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian will create a fabulous ready to wear line for Bruno Schiavi's Jupi Corp. The new clothing venture, reportedly debuting in 2011, is going to include an array of must have clothes, accessories, lingerie, and of course shoes. Don't forget the shoes.
The sassy sisters do have a passion for fashion. So what made Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian pick up a sketch book and start designing their own line? It's all about the timing.
"We obviously waited on a big partnership like this for a long time because we've had so many different offers and we wanted to make sure that we had a huge say in the design and that our personalities would come through," Kim told WWD.
It won't be difficult to keep up with the Kardashian sisters when wearing their line either. No fuss is their motto.
Khole Kardashian explained, "We wanted everything to be no-fuss, buy it and wear it. These are pieces that you could wear the next season or forever."
The fashion mavens run two clothing boutiques called Dash and created a fall collection for Bebe. The Bebe collection was just a taste of what they could do, according to Kim.
"Designing for Bebe was the perfect first step because it really got our feet wet," Kim said. "Now we feel that we are ready to branch off and do our own thing with a company that is widely international."
Kim Kardashian wasn't kidding when she said international. The clothing line will be featured in 17 different countries and allows women to grab some of the sisters' famous fashion musts. Jumpsuits, leggings, and one-shoulder dresses will be flying off the shelves.
Looks like Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim are coming into their own. Khloe's marriage to Lamar Odom is going strong, Kim is busier than ever, and Kourtney may just be getting rid of her baby daddy, Scott Disick.
Cheers to the Kardashian sisters. I know I'm looking forward to a Kardashian shoe makeover. What Kardashian fashion will be in your closet in 2011? SheKnows wants to know.
