Not only is pop star Lady Gaga naked on the Vanity Fair cover, she says she’s celibate!
Lady Gaga takes it all off for the September spread of Vanity Fair magazine. She’s looking fabulous wearing nothing more than a necklace and some carefully placed fabric.
The public is quite used to her showing parts of her body here and there but what is really shocking are the things she told Vanity Fair.
Lady Gaga says she’s “quite celibate,” avoids sex and doesn’t have time to meet anyone anyway. She tells Vanity Fair that she’s afraid her creative energy will be drained by a sexual partner. On the other hand she doesn’t seem to be afraid that her creative energy will be harmed by her admitted drug use.
“I’m perpetually lonely,” Lady Gaga told the magazine in an interview for its September 2010 issue. “I’m lonely when I’m in relationships. It’s my condition as an artist.”
“I’m drawn to bad romances,” Lady Gaga said. Referring to her song Bad Romance she continued, “And my song is about whether I go after those or if they find me.”
Vanity Fair goes on the stands August 10.
