Bette Midler talks Cats and Dogs and being the Divine Miss M
Bette Midler is one of the entertainment icons any writer would thank the heavens for the opportunity to interview. You can imagine our thrill when we saw that Bette Midler provided the voice of the title character in Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore. The time for SheKnows to talk to the Divine Miss M was now!
Bette Midler is Kitty Galore in the Cats and Dogs sequel and delights in her devilish feline ways on screen opposite Christina Applegate and James Marsden.
Midler was as effervescent as she was engaging and she was all too pleased to visit with SheKnows for an exclusive video interview that brought up Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore as well as her sentiment that, despite being a Tony-nominated performer for her one-woman shows, there is in fact "no such thing as a one-woman show."
Bette Midler first burst onto the scene in the early 1970s as the entertainment triple threat that is quite common nowadays. Back then when Midler began her illustrious career, it was a rarity. Producers, managers and the like were continually getting their stars to pick just one facet in which to excel. Bette Midler scoffed at the suggestion and has been acting, singing and dancing ever since. She is a marvel of modern entertainment.
